If something's broken, the best way to report it is from inside Solo itself.
How to report
- Open the command palette.
- Choose Report an issue or share feedback.
- Describe the problem and submit the form.
What to include
The in-app form submits the message you enter, an optional email address, and automatic metadata: a device identifier, app version, operating system, OS version, and CPU architecture. It does not attach files or a diagnostic bundle.
Add:
- The exact command or agent action that failed.
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
- A shareable link to a screenshot or screen recording, if you already have one and it would help. The form itself is text-only and cannot upload files.
- Any unusual release-channel, build, shell, or environment detail that is relevant.
Reproduction tips
- Reduce to the smallest reproducible case you can.
- Mention whether it happens every time or intermittently.
- Include any relevant
solo.ymlsnippet if the issue is config-dependent.
