By default, Solo gives you numbered keyboard shortcuts for jumping directly to a visible project or process without reaching for the mouse.
Switching between projects

Selecting a project this way highlights the project header and moves focus to the sidebar.
Project numbers follow the current visible sidebar order. If you reorder or filter the sidebar, the numbering changes to match.

"Processes" here includes visible commands, agents, and terminals in the active project. Normally, collapsed or filtered-out items are not counted, and nested child agents are skipped. If the currently selected process is hidden by collapsing its project, section, or parent agent; filtered out; or no longer present in the sidebar, all numbered process shortcuts are unavailable until you select a visible project or process again. Todos, scratchpads, section headers, and add rows are not included.
Practical notes
- The shortcuts shown on this page are the default bindings. You can remap or disable any of them in Settings > Hotkeys.
- For larger projects,
Cmd+Kon macOS orCtrl+Kon Windows and Linux opens the command palette, whileCmd+Eon macOS orCtrl+Eon Windows and Linux opens Quick jump. These are the default bindings, and either option is often faster than memorizing numbers. Settings > Hotkeys shows the current bindings. - Overlays and modal UI can block these shortcuts until you dismiss them.
